Joel Salatin Interview With Chris Martenson

September 2, 2011 By RDG

Joel Salatin
Joel Salatin inspirational farmer.

Joel Salatin is an inspirational farmer. You can listen to a recent interview that he did with Chris Martenson by clicking here. I listened to the interview on the commute home from work yesterday. I find podcasts to be more compelling than anything broadcast over the commercial airwaves.

Here are some key quotes from the interview.

“…everything that we see is completely and utterly dependant on an unseen world of beings in the soil…”

“In the last 35 years, our culture has exchanged an 18% per capita expenditure on food and 9% on health care to 18% on health care and 9% on food. And I would suggest that it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to think there might be a connection between the inversion of those two numbers.”
