Grilled Corn On The Cob

The best grilled corn on the cob.
  • 12 Ears of fresh sweet corn
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  1. Start full chimney of charcoal
  2. Add sugar to food grade plastic bucket
  3. Fill bucket with water
  4. Trim silk and loose husk from corn
  5. Soak corn while coals are getting ready (about half an hour)
  6. Shake excess water from the corn and place it on the grill
  7. Grill the corn for at least 30 minutes (grill longer for more charring)
  8. Turn corn every ten minutes
